ft777 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ft777" / "Platform" / "Site" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at ft777.vu and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the ft777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ft777 platform through the registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's ft777 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, bonus balance, or free bet credited to a Player's Account by ft777 pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their ft777 Account using a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal from a Player's ft777 Account.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by ft777 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise determined by ft777 at its sole discretion.

Access to and use of the ft777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the ft777 platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ft777 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. ft777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the ft777 platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using ft777.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or organisation.
• You do not already hold an existing ft777 Account. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the ft777 platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is a serious breach of this Agreement.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ft777 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• All information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

ft777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any Real Money Balance held in that Account at the time of closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ft777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. ft777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify ft777 immediately via live chat or by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

ft777 is required to verify the identity of Players as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence. ft777 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that a Player submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photographic identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used to fund the Account. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable time following a request from ft777 may result in restrictions being placed on the Account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You may request closure of your ft777 Account at any time by contacting the ft777 support team via live chat on the platform. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, ft777 will process any remaining Real Money Balance in your PKR Wallet via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

ft777 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani Players:

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ft777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in your ft777 Account cashier. ft777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and KYC verification status. ft777 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing. ft777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.

ft777 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the Bonus Balance that exceed the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• ft777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured at the terms applicable at the time the bonus was accepted.
• The use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other technique designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intent constitutes a breach of this Agreement. ft777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where such activity is detected.
• Bonus offers are available to Pakistani Players aged 21 and over only. ft777 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility to specific account types, deposit tiers, or player segments.

All bets placed on the ft777 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question, as published on the ft777 platform at the time the bet is placed. ft777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error or human error ("Palpable Error"). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's PKR Wallet.

Live in-play betting markets, including PSL and international cricket markets, are subject to real-time odds changes. ft777 does not guarantee the acceptance of any live bet until a confirmation message is displayed in the Player's betting slip. bets placed during scheduled or unscheduled market suspensions will be voided and stakes returned. ft777 shall not be liable for any delay in bet acceptance caused by network latency, device performance, or other factors outside ft777's direct control.

All slot, table, and live dealer games available on the ft777 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical dealing equipment, as applicable, that has been independently verified for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are published within the individual game information panels. By participating in any casino game on ft777, you acknowledge that the house edge is inherent to the game and that there is no guaranteed outcome.

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, ft777's game servers will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game round will resume or be completed in accordance with the recorded game state. ft777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from disconnections caused by factors outside ft777's direct control, including internet service provider outages, device failures, or power interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ft777 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ft777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account on the ft777 platform, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on ft777.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice in connection with your use of the ft777 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in ft777's systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Using the ft777 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the ft777 platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to obscure your true geographic location.
• Attempting to transfer ft777 Account balances or Account access to any third party in exchange for payment or other consideration.

ft777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani Players. ft777 operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme and offers the following tools to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on their ft777 Account. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ft777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the ft777 platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ft777. Unauthorised use of ft777's intellectual property may result in legal action being taken against you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ft777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ft777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if ft777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ft777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your ft777 Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit ft777's liability for death or personal injury caused by ft777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The ft777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ft777 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that ft777 cannot guarantee any specific outcome or financial result from your use of the platform.

ft777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding terms governing your use of the ft777 platform. By accepting this Agreement, you also confirm your acceptance of ft777's Privacy Policy.

ft777 collects personal data necessary to provide its services, verify Player identity, comply with KYC and AML obligations required under its international gaming licence, process financial transactions, and communicate with Players regarding their Accounts and promotional offers. ft777 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the ft777 platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

ft777 recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment to this Agreement, you may close your Account in accordance with Section 3.3 and withdraw your remaining Real Money Balance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, including any dispute relating to its existence, validity, formation, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ft777 holds its international gaming licence, without reference to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and ft777 relating to your Account, any transaction, or your use of the ft777 platform, you should first contact the ft777 support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ft777 is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, disputes may be referred to the relevant disputes resolution body specified under ft777's international gaming licence.

You agree that any legal proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
